Art & Frame 2013

Plans are now in process for ART & FRAME 2013.

After running successful shows in Sydney since 2005, we will be bringing the show to Melbourne in 2013 for the first time in six years.

The show is being re-launched for Melbourne as ART & FRAME 2013 and will be expanded to include a large Art focus area open to the public, in addition to the art and framing suppliers trade exhibition which will continue to be exclusive to members of the industry. The combined event will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, from September 13 – 15.

The exhibition area for ART & FRAME 2013 will be more than three times the size of the area at the last show in Sydney.

The event will also continue its successful co-location with the imaging and entertainment expo,  The Digital Show, which result in a total of 12 halls of show floor.

We will also be working in conjunction with the PPFA (Professional Picture Framers Association) and PMA (Photo Marketing Association) to develop an education and conference program to coincide with the exhibition. If you have any ideas or suggestions for the show or conference we would love to hear from you. More news will be posted as further details become available.

The Framing Show has been the premier trade event for the art and framing industry in Australia since the first show was held 2004 and attracts exhibitors and visitors from across Australia, as well as the Asia Pacific region, Europe and the United States.

West Coast Art and Frame Show

Representatives from The Framing Show team recently attended the West Coast Art and Frame Show in Las Vegas. While enjoying the great range of products and ideas on show, we were also pleased to see so many fellow Australians over there. A full show report will appear in the next issue of Profile magazine and you can view some more of our photos on our facebook page.

The Framing Show 2011

Plans for The Framing Show 2011 are heating up and the show is looking like it will be a bumper event, with the show floor already fully booked.

As well as a large number of overseas guests and industry luminaries attending the show, we will be hosting several leading educators from the United States.
Jim Miller will be returning to Australia after a sell out series of seminars in 2009, courtesy of Antons and Peterboro, and Rob and Barbara Markoff will be at the show thanks to the PPFA. In addition to the strong line up of local presenters, the seminar program in 2011 is set to be an event highlight.
