The painting depicts one of the masked characters of the famous Carnival of Venice.
The competition is open to all members of the industry and this year all entrants in the competition will be displayed in an exhibition area that will be viewed by thousands of visitors to the Imaging and Entertainment Expo, creating a source of inspiration and increased exposure for our industry’s skills.
The competition will be judged by a panel of experts and the winners will be announced on the Saturday of the show. There will also be a Popular Choice award in which all visitors are invited to cast a vote, and a ‘Think Outside the Square’ award for the entry which pushes the boundaries of conventional framing.
The award winners will be announced on Saturday at 5pm in the demonstration area.
The competition is being sponsored by Epson, who have provided the materials and technology to produce the giclée print, and leading industry suppliers who have generously donated the following prizes for the competition:
